Dr. Marco Palacios attended Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas, and graduated in 2004. Dr. Marco is part of the highly trained Medical staff of San Marcos Pain Clinic.

His goal is to help the community with Peripheral Neuropathy, as well as any Spine, Knee, or Shoulder issues.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had very had neuropathy caused my a bad car accident. Before I started my treatment I couldn’t be on my feet for longer than 5 hours without limping. Now I can work a whole 8 hour shift and the pain has tremendously subsided. Not to mention the front desk ladies are very sweet and helpful, always making sure how the progress is going. Angel is amazing and very knowledgeable as well as the others.

My start date was 11/30/21, i came in with totally numb heel to toe feet due to type 2 diabetes. After through testing we discovered that i was at phase 3 on a scale of 4 of peripheral neuropathy. After following all instructions given with the machines, creams, and supplements, today is 12/29/21 after a month i no longer have numbness and now have feeling in both feet and I am extremely happy with these results and will continue on faithfully to maintain this level of health!

First of all, thank y’all so very much. I haven’t had this much hope for a very long time. Angel and Lauren are so helpful and sweet. I really appreciate you two. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never had a team of Doctors care as much as y’all. I’m usually dismissed or not taken serious about my pain. Not at San Marcos pain Clinic! I feel like y’all saw me and heard my concerns about getting well, instead of trying to push meds at me. I don’t need a band aide, I need results. I’ve only had one treatment and I already feel a lot better. So bless you all for giving me hope. Dr Jay, thank you for spending so much time explaining and encouraging myself and my friend Angie to ask questions. I’m so impressed with you and your staff. Thank you, thank you so very much! I started this treatment 2 weeks ago I'm on 3rd week and I am feel so amazing.

I would dread getting up in the mornings now its like let's do this! I'm so happy 😊

My experience at San Marcos Pain Clinic has been nothing but success. I was referred to this clinic by my chiropractor. I was having back problems they ex-rayed my back and found an old fracture that had caused 2 vertebrae to slip forward and was pinching the nerves L4 and L5. The treatments I received has been life changing so I no longer need a cane. My neck was a few months ago went to ER could not move my head was in so much pain. San Marcos Pain Clinic was able to treat my neck to relieve the muscular pain. They began treatment on my neuropathy in my feet and hands. I did not realize how bad my feet were until after a few treatments I could feel the carpet and the grass. I am a believer that San Marcos Pain Clinic has changed my life beyond anything I could have imagined.

I receive treatment for diabetic neuropathy pain there. The therapists are very nice and helpfull. I've noticed improvement in my condition but it is an ongoing process. 👍
